Error: The Login To Microsoft 365 Was Cancelled

When trying to log in to your Business Central Public Cloud data source on Jet Reports 23.1 or newer, the user is faced with the following message:

Resolution Process

We will need to delete the 'MsalCache.bin' file in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Jet Reports on any machine encountering this error. To do so, please go through the following process

  1. Open File Explorer and enter %appdata% in the address bar.

  2. Open the Jet Reports folder.

  3. Delete the MsalCache.bin file.

After the file has been deleted, restart Excel and then sign in to your Business Central Public Cloud data source.
