Error: The objects in this file are from a different version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic

Symptoms

When attempting to import the NAV adapter object into the NAV database, you may encounter the following message:

The objects in this file are from a different version of Microsoft Dynamics Classic. If you continue, the objects will be recompiled which may leave the system in an inconsistent state. Do you want to continue?

Cause

This message occurs because the build of the executable is different from the build used to originally create the objects.

Resolution

To resolve, simply click Yes to recompile these objects.  Since the objects are in a dedicated object range, they will not conflict with your existing objects and, as such, will have no negative effect on the NAV database.
