Error: An error occurred while loading a list of projects from the database. The given key was not present in the dictionary

Symptoms

While attempting to open or save a project, the following error is returned:

"An error occurred while loading a list of projects from the database. The given key was not present in the dictionary."

Resolution

This error is caused by a corrupted project repository database. To resolve this, restore the project repository from the last known working backup.

If restoring the database from a backup is not possible contact support for assistance.
