Complete text of error message is:

Internal error 1407 in module 19.

Cause

This error is most often a permissions issue in the NAV database.  It is often seen when accessing a table via the Jet Excel Add-In where the user has permission in NAV to access the table for one company but not another company..

Note: Errors in Module 19 are C/Front errors.  They can be looked up in a supporting C/Front file called “DBERROR.txt” which resides in the C/Front program files folder.

C/Front is the NAV utility which handles communications between NAV and other applications.

Resolution

A Dynamics NAV administrator will need to assign read permissions for the table being queried to the user whose credentials are being used to connect to the database.
