Symptom

When using Jet Reports to access a Visual FoxPro database, the following message is displayed:

Either EOF or BOF is true or the record has been deleted.

Cause

Mismatched OLE Database Provider

Using a different version of Visual FoxPro than the version of the Visual FoxPro OLE database driver can result in this error.

Resolution

Ensure that the version of the Visual FoxPro OLE driver installed on your computer matches the version of the Visual FoxPro database.
