Dynamics NAV Row-Level Security with Jet Reports For NAV 2013 to 2018

Overview

Row-Level security in Dynamics NAV 2013 and higher (officially referred to as "Security Filters") can be used with Jet Reports.

Dynamics NAV 2013 - 2018 make Security Filters available to both the Dynamics NAV 2013 - 2018 (SQL Server) data source and the Dynamics NAV 2013 - 2018 (Web Services) data source found in compatible versions of Jet Reports.

Once Security Filters are configured within NAV 2013 - 2018, no additional configuration is required within Jet Reports.
