Access Reports Center
You can access the Reports Center using any of the following methods:
Access Reports Center Using Jet Reports Excel Add-in

You can access Reports Center and upload reports to Reports Center using the Access Reports Center and Upload to Reports Center options available on the Jet ribbon.
Enable Reports Center On The Jet ribbon
If Access Reports Center and Upload to Reports Center options are disabled on the Jet ribbon, then perform the following:

On the Jet ribbon, go to Settings > App Settings > Settings location. The Choose where your data source settings are stored section is displayed.
Select Reports Center > OK.

Select Jet Ribbon. The Show and hide Jet ribbon items section is displayed.
Select Reports Center > OK.
Access Reports Center Using Platform
Go to the Platform homepage and select the Reports Center icon.
Access Reports Using Direct URL
Access Reports Center using https://reports.app.insightsoftware.com.
Tip: It is recommended to bookmark Jet’s Reports Center URL in your browser for quick and easy access.
Access Reports Center For The First time
If you are accessing the Reports Center for the first time, you will encounter the following screens:
Region Selection
When signing in to Reports Center for the first time, you may encounter the following screen:
You will be asked to select the region where your organization will operate.
Only the first user that signs in within an organization will see this screen. Subsequent users in the same organization will not be asked to make this selection.
The selected region determines where your data will be stored and processed. Once a region is selected, it cannot be changed.
APAC users must select North America.
If the region is auto-detected based on your Platform or Salesforce settings, the prompt will be bypassed.
Initial Connection Setup
The first user will encounter a setup page to establish the initial connection for your organization. Once this setup is complete, all users will be redirected to the main landing page, where they can access features such as uploading reports and creating schedules.
It is recommended to complete the initial connection setup quickly to ensure uninterrupted access to all Reports Center functionalities.
Reports Center Home Page
Reports Center home page acts as the initial landing page for all users after the first connection within the organization is established. It provides an overview of reports and schedules, showcasing recent activity and providing quick access to essential actions like uploading reports and creating schedules.
