Access and Manage Reports
Go to Reports Center and perform the following:
When you click Reports icon in the left navigation menu, the Reports page is displayed.

On the Reports page, you can view the reports available in the Reports Center.
You can view the following information for each report:
Name: Indicates the name of report.
Author: Indicates the name of the person who uploaded the report.
Last Status: Indicates the current status of the report's last run (For example, completed, cancelled, failed, running, pending).
Last Run Date: Indicates the date and time when the report was last run.
Run Duration: Indicates the amount of time taken to complete the report run (displayed in HH:MM:SS format).

Actions: Under the Actions tab, you can do the following:
Favorites: Allows you to mark the report as favorite.
Run: Allows you to run the report.

Ellipsis: If you select ellipsis icon, the following is displayed:
Download Latest: Allows you to download the most recent report.
Download Template: Allows you to download the report template file.
Open in Excel Online: Allows you to open and view the report in Excel Online
Edit: Allows you to modify report parameters and configuration.

Schedule: Allows you to set up automated report run.

Share: Allows you to grant report access to other users.
Move: Allows you to relocate the report to a different folder within your Private Workspace. My Private Workspace is the default workspace and cannot be deleted. You can create custom folders within My Private Workspace by clicking the ellipsis icon next to "My Private Workspace" and organize your reports into these folders.
Change Ownership: Allows you to transfer report ownership to another user.
Publish as Business View: Allows you to share a report organization-wide by publishing it to the Business Views page. All users can search for it, view its structure and configuration, and preview the data, but only you as the owner can edit or delete it.
Delete: Allows you to remove the report from the Reports Center.
You can upload reports to the Reports Center using the Upload icon. For more information on uploading reports, see Upload Reports.

To manage workspaces on the Reports page, perform the following:

On the left-hand navigation panel, the following workspaces are displayed:
My Private Workspace: A personal workspace accessible only to you.
Public Workspace: A shared workspace accessible to all users.
To access prebuilt reports, expand Public Workspace by clicking the arrow next to it.

Select Prebuilt Reports. The Prebuilt Reports page is displayed on the right, listing all available reports.
Note: The Prebuilt Reports option is visible only when the Automatically import pre-built content setting was enabled during connection creation. If this option was not configured at the time of setup, it can still be activated by editing the existing connection at a later point.
To access your personal workspace, select My Private Workspace. This workspace contains reports that are private to your account and are not visible to other users.

To add or manage folders under My Private Workspace, select the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the workspace name. Select Create to add a new folder, or select Edit or Delete to modify or remove an existing workspace folders respectively.
You cannot add or delete folders under Public Workspace.
