By providing feedback you can share your experience and help us improve the product.

To open the feedback form, click the Feedback button in Reports Center > Intelligence Layer. The software will open a modal where you can rate your experience using a star rating and add optional comments.

How to Provide Valuable Feedback

To make your feedback as useful as possible, keep the following tips in mind:

• Be honest about your experience. Your genuine impression — positive or negative — is more valuable than a polished response.
• Reflect on the overall experience. Think about how intuitive, efficient, or enjoyable the feature or workflow felt, not just whether it worked.
• Explain your rating. A few words in the comments go a long way — let us know what influenced your score, so we understand the "why" behind it.
• Share what you'd like to see. If something could work better for you, describe your ideal experience. What would make this a 5-star feature?
• Rate regularly. A single piece of feedback is helpful; a pattern of feedback over time is even more so. Don't hesitate to share your thoughts as your experience evolves.
