Access Control Is Grayed Out (Unable to Add New User)

Issue

The "Access Control" option is grayed out and you cannot add a new user.

Cause

This occurs when the project has undeployed changes. Access Control requires a deployed project version to function correctly.

Environment

Jet Analytics - version 20.10.45 or later

Resolution

• Save the project as a deployed version to restore access.
• In the Solution Explorer, right-click your project.
• Select Advanced.
• Click Save project as deployed version.
• Return to the Access Control area and confirm it is no longer grayed out.
• Access Control is now available and you can add the new user.
