Reset Scheduled Tasks
Issue
Scheduled tasks in Jet Hub stop running or need to be reset, typically after a service interruption or maintenance on the Jet Service Tier.

Resolution
Follow these steps to reset all scheduled tasks in Jet Hub.
- Log in to Jet Hub as a Jet Administrator and go to the Scheduler.
- Click Show All Tasks and identify all users who own any scheduled tasks.
- Have each task owner log in to Jet Hub and go to the Scheduler.
- Have each task owner select all of their tasks and click Disable to disable them.
- Once all tasks are disabled, log in to the server where the Jet Service Tier service is running.
- Open services.msc, then stop and restart the Jet Service Tier service.
- Have each task owner log back in to Jet Hub, go to the Scheduler, and re-enable each of their tasks.
- Verify that all scheduled tasks resume and begin running at their next scheduled run times, executing as expected.
