Reset Scheduled Tasks
Issue
Scheduled tasks in Jet Hub stop running or need to be reset, typically after a service interruption or maintenance on the Jet Service Tier.
Environment
| Component | Detail |
|---|---|
| Product | Jet Hub |
| Role Required | Jet Administrator |
| Service | Jet Service Tier |
Resolution
Follow these steps to reset all scheduled tasks in Jet Hub.
Log in to Jet Hub as a Jet Administrator and go to the Scheduler.
Click Show All Tasks and identify all users who own any scheduled tasks.
Have each task owner log in to Jet Hub and go to the Scheduler.
Have each task owner select all of their tasks and click Disable to disable them.
Once all tasks are disabled, log in to the server where the Jet Service Tier service is running.
Open services.msc, then stop and restart the Jet Service Tier service.
Have each task owner log back in to Jet Hub, go to the Scheduler, and re-enable each of their tasks.
Verify that all scheduled tasks resume and begin running at their next scheduled run times, executing as expected.
